We offer fast, same-day cannabis and mushroom delivery within Calgary. Delivery typically arrives within 1–2 hours after order confirmation.

2. Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship nationwide using Canada Post ExpressPost with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within Calgary. Orders over $150 qualify for free Canada-wide shipping.

4. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in smell-proof, heat-sealed, unbranded packaging for your privacy and safety. Outer envelopes and boxes do not contain any markings related to cannabis or mushrooms.

5. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed immediately during business hours. Payments made via e-Transfer are verified instantly and prepared for delivery or shipping right away.

6. Incorrect Address

MedicalHigh is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, MedicalHigh is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For missing shipments, please contact our support team and we will assist where possible.

8. Delivery Verification

All orders require age verification. For Calgary orders, you may be required to show a valid government ID at the door.
